How to get there?

  • Take the Whoosh high-speed train from Halim Station (Jakarta) to Padalarang Station. From there, it's a 45-minute car ride to the hotel. Another alternative, from Padalarang Station, is to take a feeder service to Kebon Kawung Station in Bandung. The journey from Kebon Kawung Station to The Gaia Hotel takes approximately 30 minutes.

  • Approx. 2.5–3 hours via Tol Cipularang. Set your destination to The GAIA Hotel, Bandung on your map app.

  • Several executive travel services (such as XTrans or DayTrans) offer routes from Jakarta to Bandung. Choose a drop-off near Setiabudi or Ciumbuleuit area for easier access to the hotel.

Things to Know and Bring

  • Every couple is required to attend the pre-camp, which will be held on October 4, 2025, at 3 PM (WIB).
    Setiap pasangan diwajibkan untuk menghadiri precamp yang akan dilaksanakan pada 4 Oktober 2025 pukul 15.00 WIB.

  • Couple Escape will be held from Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 1:00 PM WIB to Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 12:00 PM WIB.
    Couple Escape akan berlangsung mulai Kamis, 16 Oktober 2025, pukul 13.00 WIB hingga Sabtu, 18 Oktober 2025, pukul 12.00 WIB.

  • We kindly ask all participants to arrive by 12:00 PM WIB for re-registration before we begin.
    Kami mohon para peserta tiba di lokasi pada pukul 12.00 WIB untuk melakukan registrasi ulang sebelum acara dimulai.

  • Please have lunch beforehand, as lunch will not be provided upon arrival.
    Mohon untuk sudah makan siang terlebih dahulu, karena makan siang tidak disediakan saat kedatangan.

  • Husbands and wives are encouraged to be fully present and participate in all sessions from start to finish.
    Suami dan istri diharapkan hadir sepenuhnya dan mengikuti seluruh rangkaian sesi dari awal hingga selesai.

  • This experience is designed just for the two of you — we kindly ask that no children be brought along.
    Pengalaman ini dirancang khusus untuk berdua — mohon tidak membawa anak-anak selama acara berlangsung.

  • Participants are expected to use their own private transportation to reach the venue.
    Peserta diharapkan menggunakan transportasi pribadi menuju lokasi acara.

  • If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact your assigned Liaison Officer (LO).
    Jika ada pertanyaan atau membutuhkan bantuan, silakan menghubungi Liaison Officer (LO) yang telah ditugaskan untuk Anda.

  • What to bring: personal medicine, a jacket or sweater, swimsuit & sunblock (if needed), and your dress code outfits.
    Yang perlu dibawa: obat pribadi, jaket atau sweater, pakaian renang & sunblock (jika diperlukan), serta pakaian sesuai dress code.

  • Please be on time for every session — your presence matters.
    Mohon hadir tepat waktu di setiap sesi — kehadiran Anda sangat berarti.

  • Any penalty for lost room keys will be the responsibility of each participant.
    Denda atas kehilangan kunci kamar menjadi tanggung jawab masing-masing peserta.

  • Please store your valuables in the Safe Deposit Box available in your room.
    Simpan barang-barang berharga Anda di dalam brankas (Safe Deposit Box) yang tersedia di kamar.

  • All snacks in the room are complimentary from the hotel and can be enjoyed at no additional cost.

  • Food and beverage orders outside of what is provided by the organizers will be at your own expense.
